Star is a sweet, shy-at-first American Staffordshire Terrier who has really warmed up since she first came in with her sister. At about a year and a half old, she has started to show more confidence—often picking her own little adventures around the house, whether it’s curling up for a solo snooze in her crate or joining in for group snuggles on the couch. There’s a playful streak here: Star is quick to grab a toy and dart around the yard or jump in for a game of tag. She’s fully house-trained, which makes day-to-day life easy. If you work from home, you’ll appreciate her pro-level napping skills while you’re on calls. Star can be pretty social, happy around both large and small dogs, and she absolutely gets along with children. Her goofiness surfaces in her championship snoring and her occasional burst of excitement when new folks visit, but her affectionate nature shines through.
