Russ is a six-year-old domestic short hair with a solid 15-pound frame and a gray-blue coat. Heās house trained and neutered, with up-to-date vaccinations. Right now, heās just looking for a stable home that understands where heās coming from and can give him both space and a reliable routine. Russ currently lives at the shelter in Cape May Court House, NJ. Meetings are by appointment only, so youāll need to fill out an application first.
