About Zeus
Zeus is an eight-year-old Cane Corso mix carrying 108 lbs of pure affectionate muscle. Life has recently knocked Zeus off course—he lost his longtime home after his owner’s health took a hit, then spent weeks in a shelter facing an uncertain fate. Rescued just in time, Zeus is now on the lookout for a stable, caring place to settle, since his last foster couldn’t keep him. Right now, he lives in a boarding facility near Hamilton, NJ, but this environment doesn’t suit a senior dog’s longing for comfort, softness, and human connection. Despite it all, Zeus hasn’t lost his gentle spark. He gets along with other dogs, loves kids, and is friendly with strangers. He lived harmoniously with a five-year-old child and enjoys the company of other dogs when introduced thoughtfully. Zeus is sensitive and loyal—a dog who gives his whole heart. Even at his age, he breaks out in joyous zoomies, especially in the snow, and melts anyone with his joyful, playful side. He needs someone to give him the cozy couch he misses, a soft bed, and plenty of love. Zeus is house trained, neutered, and up to date on his vaccinations. If you want a devoted, loving companion who just needs a soft landing, Zeus is ready for you. He’s currently near Hamilton, NJ, and rescue can help with transportation for the right home. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
