Still very much a kitten - and all that entails - Phoebe is the sweetest girl. She LOVES to play and she plays hard. She needs plenty of space to run to her heart’s content so she can exert all that kitten energy! She’s a fan of any and all toys. Phoebe definitely needs another kitten who can match her energetic and playful self. Because she’s still a kitten and is not out of the teething stage, we recommend she only interacts with older children.
