About Monica

Meet Monica, a bright-eyed, sturdy little survivor with a story that sets her apart. Born inside the rescue after her brave mama, a Pyrenees Retriever mix, was found alone in the desert, Monica's very first moments were a fight—she needed CPR to start breathing on her own. That strong start shines in her resilience and sweetness. At just 11 weeks old, Monica has met every challenge head-on and is thriving with playful confidence. She loves toys that crinkle or squeak, and her quick mind is already picking up on commands like sit and lay down. Potty training is underway, and Monica is catching on fast. True to her roots, Monica is a cuddler through and through—wherever you are, she wants to be close, content to settle in for a snuggle. Monica gets along with other dogs and is gentle enough for homes with children. She’s spayed, vaccinated, and ready for a fresh start. As a fun fact, Monica is a Virgo, which means she’s likely to be thoughtful, analytical, and eager to please. Click apply to start the adoption process.
