Gizmo’s a classic: loves toys, enjoys affection, knows some tricks, and is content to lounge near his person just as much as he is chasing a ball. While independent enough to handle his own, he seeks out connection and really shines out on walks or with visitors. His previous family confirmed he gets along with young children and small dogs. Recently, Gizmo had some medical tune-ups and is feeling better than ever, ready for his next chapter. He’s sociable, polite on leash, and seems to genuinely enjoy the company of both people and other dogs. However, he’s a bit selective with canine friends, so any adopters with dogs must schedule controlled introductions — and dog parks are not recommended.
