Zadie is a three-year-old Labrador Retriever mix with a big heart and a loyal spirit. She’s the longest resident at the rescue, far overdue for a steady place to call home. Zadie is deeply devoted to her people and really shines in a peaceful, predictable setting. She bonds hard, gravitates to quiet company, and wants to be at your side or close by. She’s affectionate, silly, smart, and quick to pick up new commands. Zadie is crate trained, house trained, spayed, and current on all vaccinations and preventatives. She absolutely needs to be the only pet in the home. She wants a calm house—no hustle or high-traffic chaos, just space to decompress and a yard where she can relax and build confidence. An experienced, patient adopter will get her best. Zadie comes with food, supplies, and all her vet care covered; transport can be arranged if the fit is right.
