Silvio is a dashing tuxedo boy who arrived in April of 2024 all the way from Puerto Rico! He took some time to find his stride in the shelter. Now that he has, he's so much fun to watch. He's a little quirky and likes his pets slow. If you pet him too fast, he'll flutter away but he'll come right back. He likes his belly rubbed too but he does the same thing with belly rubs. It's actually quite comical! We'd love for you to come meet him! He was picked once and got to go to a home for almost a year but was returned because he's shy and wasn't really what they wanted. We won't lie. It hurt him and set him back quite a bit. He's still quirky but he still loves his belly rubbed and he'll still streak away if you move too fast. Could you be the one who comes to give him a second chance at forever and mean it? We want him to be loved forever in a home.
