Dexpurr is a male, large domestic short hair cat with a lovely buff coloration. He has been neutered and is up to date on his vaccinations. Due to Manx syndrome, Dexpurr is considered a special needs cat. He is currently at The Hermitage Cat Shelter, hoping to find his lasting family.

About Dexpurr

Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you. Dexpurr is a charming, tailless buff boy who first joined the rescue in March 2023 after being surrendered for urinary incontinence related to Manx syndrome. Because Dexpurr has no tail, he sometimes leaks urine, but his affectionate nature more than makes up for it. When he gets the zoomies, he hops around like a bunny, making him absolutely delightful to watch! Dexpurr has already experienced the heartbreak of returning from one home through no fault of his own, and it's taken some time for him to regain his trust. Now, he's ready for that special person who can promise him a forever home—his sweet spirit deserves nothing less, and his devoted eyes can't take another goodbye. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
