Basil was being cared for by gentlemen in his 90's and was doing his best with what he had. He was rescued when He was 6 weeks old and had a rough start. He was infected with fleas and worms and was sick very sick. He is now thriving, loves food, is very independent and loves to play. *basil will be available for to go home for adoption after he is fixed
