Howie is a charming Great Pyrenees looking for an adventure buddy. Born around June 2017, this nine-year-old guy enjoys the great outdoors and is happiest when he's exploring with his human. While Howie loves his downtime lounging on the porch, he's also got a playful side that adds joy to every day. He thrives on walks, and with a confident handler, those outings become delightful adventures, even if he gets a bit excited at the sight of other dogs. He’s social, loyal, and after earning his trust, you’ll have a devoted friend by your side. Howie isn’t the lapdog type but prefers to lay by your feet while you work, offering support (and the occasional side-eye if snacks are involved). He would do best in an experienced, active home with no cats or small dogs. Ideally, he’d love a family with teenagers and a large female dog companion or to be your one and only star.
