Conway is a sweet, scruffy terrier mix with a soft undercoat and a wiry topcoat that gives him his signature scruffy charm. He loves being touched and will happily melt into your lap or hands, falling asleep with just a few head scratches. He's truly at his happiest when he's close to his people. This little guy is a total food lover and never turns down a treat. He eats with enthusiasm and sometimes lets out a soft growl if another dog gets too close to his food, water, or favorite lap but he's learning how to share. He's very comfortable in his crate, going in willingly and staying quiet once inside. He easily can snooze from 9 pm to 7 am in his crate. Despite his small size, Conway has a calm, steady presence—he doesn't bark at other dogs, cats, or squirrels, and mostly just wants to hang out with his humans. He does love to watch or chase birds and squirrels. He's a tiny nugget of joy with a gentle heart and a love for the simple things: good food, cozy laps, and lots of love.
