Note from Paws human: A lady in Urbana has several stray cats in her area. She worked with TNR (trap, neuter, return) to get over 25 cats fixed in the six years she has lived there. She has taken in five cats and doesn't have the space to take on anymore. Taffy is friendly, and the lady just wanted to get her into a home before winter so Paws Animal Shelter took her in.
