About Andy

Andy is a soulful, affectionate cat with an incredible story of resilience. At around six years old, he spent a year searching for a home after being found in rough shape as a stray. He arrived at the rescue underweight and sick, with only three teeth left and a serious need for help. Andy faced dental surgery like a champ—he’s now completely toothless, but don’t let that fool you. His appetite is strong for both wet and dry food, and his zest for life has soared ever since his recovery. Andy’s heart is wide open to new feline friends—he genuinely enjoys the company of other cats, but he’s just as content soaking up attention from people who let him curl up and share their warmth. Andy is FIV positive, but since he has no teeth, there’s no risk for other cats. He’s adapted beautifully, and has no trouble eating or playing. This is a cat who’s learned how to bounce back. If you have room for a second, third, or only feline, Andy would be thrilled to join your home and fill it with his calm, loving spirit. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
