About Betsy
Your new best friend is just one click away. Meet Betsy, the gentle polydactyl mom! Betsy is a sweet, beautiful, tri-color Torbie with extra toes, who continues to watch over her kittens (until they're adopted), even as she stays a bit wary around new people. Though shy and cautious, she is not unfriendly—just in need of patient, individual attention. With an experienced and compassionate cat guardian, she will blossom at her own pace, gradually revealing her loving and gentle nature. Betsy will thrive in a calm home where she's granted time to truly relax and flourish into a devoted companion. Before bringing Betsy home, remember that she will need plenty of understanding to get comfortable in her new space, as well as consistent routines like feeding and gentle interaction. Be sure your home is pet-friendly and that everyone is ready to meet her needs. Prepare the cat essentials—food and water bowls, nutritious food, litter and a litter box, cozy bedding, a secure carrier, and a trusted veterinarian for ongoing wellness. With time, patience, and lots of love, Betsy has every chance to become a cherished member of your family. Fun fact: As a Cancer, she’s likely deeply nurturing and connected to her home and loved ones! Make their next chapter their best one yet.
