About Smuggler
Smuggler is as lively as they come—a high-energy boy who thrives on adventure and connection. Tug, fetch, long trail runs—if it gets his heart pumping and tail wagging, Smuggler is right there with unmatched enthusiasm. He’s on the lookout for a best friend with as much love for the outdoors as he has, ideally someone eager to keep active or try a hand at dog sports. Smuggler is six years old and neutered, solidly built, and came into his own with great training courtesy of Oak Cliff Canine Academy. People are his thing, and he’s especially good with older kids, but his playful exuberance isn’t the best fit for toddlers or frail seniors. After losing his beloved owner last July, Smuggler has been safe with his trainer, never dropping his infectious smile or his positive spirit. Now he’s ready for a new start and plenty of memorable adventures with a loyal human by his side. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
