Everyone, please give a warm HHPP welcome to... #JAZZIE! Jazzie has only been with us for about a week, and it didn't take long for her to win every single one of us over. This sweet girl was found as a stray, and her finder kept her for a few days - during that time, she did wonderfully with their little toddler, so we feel confident saying she's good with young children. As for other dogs, she wasn't a fan of the finder's resident pups, but here at the shelter she passes dogs just fine. She may simply prefer her space, and that's okay — we all have our boundaries ! She has not been cat tested . One thing's for sure: someone clearly took care of her. She's a little bit of a chunky monkey (about 65 Ibs of pure love), and we're guessing she's around 2-3 years old. Jazzie is sweet, gentle, and wonderfully well-mannered. She keeps her kennel tidy and she walks beautifully on a leash. And those eyes... those soft, hopeful eyes... they're always asking, "Will you spend a little ine with me?" In the play yard, she's still decompressing from the chaos and noise of the shelter, taking it all in quietly. She may not be ready to play just yet, but she's ready - so ready - for love, peace, and a place to belong. And if we're being honest... Jazzie’s Christmas wish is simple: A home. A family. Somewhere warm and calm where she can finally relax and let out the biggest "I'm safe" sigh of her life. Let's make her wish come true. She deserves that Christmas miracle.
