Billy is a two-year-old Border Collie and Hound mix who weighs about 50 pounds. He came into the rescue after being abandoned with other dogs on Halloween. Billy is quiet and holds back at first, but once he feels safe, his gentle side shines through. He bonds over treats and is highly food motivated—a real plus for training. Right now, Billy needs a boost in confidence, and having another dog in the home, especially one around his size, would really help. He does well with dogs but is not suitable for homes with cats, and younger children tend to make him nervous, so older kids (10+) are best.
