About Mister

What are you waiting for? Apply today! Mister is currently thriving in a loving foster home, eager for a forever family to call his own. This charming gray tabby has overcome a rough start, having been rescued from the streets of Tijuana, where he endured hardship and sickness. Yet, Mister’s resilient spirit shines through—he is now healthy, happy, and full of affection to give. Even after experiencing stomatitis and losing all his teeth, Mister enjoys his meals heartily, thanks to easy-to-administer medication that keeps him well. When it comes to personality, Mister is a true cuddle champion. He adores being petted and brushed, and he’ll gladly turn lap time into bonding time, sometimes rewarding his people with blissful drools. Playful yet gentle, he delights in chasing wand toys or racing through the house during his energetic zoomie sessions. Mister’s favorite quirky pastime is letting you rub your feet on him as he flops over for extra attention. He is most content when close to his people and is known for making his presence felt if he feels the house is too quiet. Mister gets along with other non-aggressive cats after a proper introduction and did well meeting kittens. He is likely to do well with gentle older children and possibly small, friendly dogs, given a careful introduction. Mister wants a home where he won’t be alone for long stretches, as company is what he craves most. He has tested positive for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), but this is not a barrier to a happy, healthy life—FIV+ cats can enjoy many wonderful years when given proper care and love. This silly, sweet, and thoroughly deserving boy has waited long enough—could you be his perfect match? Make their next chapter their best one yet.
