About Cooper

Make their next chapter their best one yet. Meet Cooper, a loyal and loving terrier/boxer mix who is once again searching for his forever home. After enjoying four happy years with his adoptive family, Cooper was recently returned to Pet Rescue by Judy. The decision was not an easy one—his previous family cared deeply for him, but changes between Cooper and the other resident dog made it necessary for everyone's wellbeing. Cooper spent years peacefully with another dog until tensions began to develop as both grew older. Out of compassion and to best meet the needs of each dog, Cooper’s family made the difficult choice to help him find a new home where he can thrive. Now Cooper is looking forward to new adventures and sharing his boundless love. Active and affectionate, Cooper finds joy in the outdoors. He loves camping trips, long scenic car rides, and discovering new places with those he loves. His favorite way to start each day? Stretching his legs on long walks—sometimes three to four miles—making him a wonderful match for an active person or family that enjoys the fresh air. Cooper is happiest when included, whether out on the road, exploring a park, or playing in the yard. If you’re looking for a companion to join in life’s adventures, Cooper is ready to be your loyal best friend. Start your journey together! Apply now.
