Pop Rocks
AvailablePop Rocks is a 1 year and 4 month old medium-sized female mixed breed dog with a yellow and tan coat. She is spayed and her vaccinations are up to date. Pop Rocks is currently in Decatur, GA, where she's learning the ropes of house training and looking for a family, ideally with another friendly dog to support her.
About Pop Rocks
Pop Rocks, or Poppy as her foster calls her, is a curious mix of spark and timidity. She can be skittish at first and often seeks out small, cozy spots to hide until she feels safe. Once she warms up, she transforms into a loving, cuddly lap dog eager for affection. Poppy has shown she's happiest with another dog around — she takes comfort and confidence from canine companions, looking to them on walks when harnesses make her anxious and mirror-playing with them for hours. She's still got puppy energy and isn’t above stealing socks, chewing toys to pieces, or getting caught digging in the trash. She’s working on becoming fully house trained and will need an adopter ready to invest in her training and help her build confidence. She doesn’t like loud noises, strange men, or bath time. What she does love: play sessions, belly rubs, and following another friendly dog everywhere. Pop Rocks is ready for a family that will give her time and has a resident dog who’d like a playmate. She’ll thrive in a calm home and become an entertaining, affectionate companion. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
