Cotton is a gentle senior who has been through a lot—abandoned, declawed, and left to adjust without the tools he was born with. Despite this, he greets strangers easily, explores new places without hesitation, and mingles calmly with other cats and animals. Now around 13 years old, Cotton carries himself with quiet confidence, showing warmth to anyone he meets. Cotton has Stage 2 Chronic Kidney Disease, so he'll need to stay on a renal/wet food only diet, but he’s expected to enjoy several more good years. He also deals with mild arthritis caused by his declawing and takes joint supplements.
