Meet Rai Rai is a beautiful 9-month-old female German Shepherd, weighing around 45 lbs, who was saved from the euthanasia list and given a second chance at life. Rai had a rough start and it showed—at first, she found comfort in other dogs and was terrified of people. With patience, love, and time, she has already made progress and continues to improve every day. She’s still a shy girl who needs time to warm up, but once she feels safe, her gentle spirit begins to shine. Rai would do best with a patient, understanding adopter who will let her move at her own pace and show her that humans can be kind and trustworthy.
