Onyx is a beautiful, affectionate cat who is approximately 3 years old. She recently returned to the rescue after the passing of her beloved person and took the loss to heart—but she has shown incredible resilience and is blossoming again in her foster home. Onyx is playful, sweet, and full of personality. She greets her foster mom with happy chirps and isn’t shy about speaking her mind. She also gives gentle “love nibbles” to show affection. Because she can be a bit “spicy”, we think Onyx would do best in a home with older kids (or none at all). Still young and full of energy, Onyx has so much love (and purrs!) to share. She’s ready to find a new family to bond with and call her own. She can be reactive to other cats, so she’d prefer to be the only kitty in her home.
