Rex was the first male puppy out of his litter to walk right up to his foster and ask for attention, and that bold, loving nature has stayed with him. He’s incredibly intelligent, always watching his foster for cues, and already knows sit and down. Among his brothers, Rex has naturally taken on the role of leader, guiding them with calm confidence. Sadly, Rex, his momma, and his siblings were left to fend for themselves on the streets of a small rural Texas town until a kind couple opened their home to keep them safe. For out-of-state adoptions: The PFR adoption fee is $500 (this includes transport). The fee also includes spay/neuter, current vaccinations (rabies, 4 parvo/distemper boosters, and bordatella), flea and tick prevention, negative heartworm test, negative fecal, health certificate, and registered microchip. He is available through Levelland Animal Friends, a partner rescue of Project Freedom Ride. He is located with our rescue here in the Texas Panhandle.
