About Bert & Ernie
Bert & Ernie are two bonded black cats who’ve come a long way from a difficult start in life. Rescued together from an overcrowded situation, they’ve shown real resilience after early health challenges. Ernie is the social butterfly—quick to ask for cuddles and fully recovered, he loves snuggling up and sleeping next to his person. Bert is more reserved, watching from the sidelines as he gradually becomes more curious and trusting. With some patience, he’s beginning to seek gentle pets and explore his space. Both brothers are fully vetted, tested negative for FIV/FELV, and ready for a new chapter. They get along with other cats and would thrive with someone who can offer them the steady care and affection they deserve. Meeting them in person is essential before adoption to make sure the match is right. Your home might be the one they’ve been waiting for. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
