Cheek and chin scratches make me so happy! I love getting pets and - you guessed it - snuggles! I have been known to shower my favorite people in love! Noel is laying at the front of his kennel, meowing softly and head bunting the kennel door as the assessor approaches, eyes wide and pupils dilated. He allows all petting, leaning in as he is pet and repeatedly attempting to exit the kennel to solicit attention from the assessor. He occasionally pauses and low growls but does not escalate, continuing to solicit petting and attention by head bunting and leaning his body against the assessor's hands. Noel is able to be easily picked up, remaining calm and purring when he is held. When placed back into his kennel, Noel continues to allow and lean into all petting, purring while he is pet. Please note that this cat is being treated for a medical condition at the time of evaluation. It is difficult to determine at this time how the medical condition may be affecting the behavior. Noel interacts with the assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat is suitable for any level of adopter experience.
