He’s earned his reputation as an incredibly sweet, soulful companion who wants nothing more than to stay close to his person as much as possible. Affection is his currency—he loves being petted, reassured, and shown he's part of the family now. Whiskey needs a home where someone is around much of the time and enjoys having a loyal shadow. He’s vocal when left alone, so apartment life isn’t the right fit for him. Another friendly dog in the home would help him feel like part of a pack and reassure him this really is his forever place.
