About Oso
Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started. Oso is a beautiful, friendly German Shepherd mix whose foster homes are near Benson and Willcox, just south of Interstate 10 in southeast Arizona. He understands Spanish, adding a special touch to his clever personality. Oso could easily adjust to apartment living and is content watching Animal Planet while waiting patiently for his humans to return home from work or school. He came to the rescue after being picked up as a stray by animal control, quickly becoming a shelter favorite before joining his foster family. At about 8 years old and weighing around 100 pounds (with a little extra to spare), Oso is a gentle soul who cherishes human attention. He’s known for being shy yet very friendly, showing lots of love and intelligence. Oso is housebroken, gets along well with other dogs, and has proven himself an angel in his foster home.
