Meet Bernie This adorable 1-year-old pug girl weighs 15 lbs and has the sweetest soul! Bernie is great with kids, dogs, and cats - truly everyone is her friend. She's calm, loving, and gentle. Bernie is blind in one eye due to an untreated ulcer, and her other eye also has limited vision from a similar issue. Because she can't see clearly, she might get startled if someone grabs her suddenly - but once she knows you're there, she melts into cuddles. Bernie doesn't let her vision issues slow her down - she enjoys life, love, and snuggles just like any other dog!
