About Sal
Salvador Dali, or Sal as we call him, is a cat with a story. He was bottle-fed as a fragile kitten and raised on love, then adopted out. But after a couple of years, his world was rattled and he was returned. Since coming back, we've seen a cat layered with quirks and real character: he's warm and affectionate with volunteers, completely himself when at play, and doesn't hold back with his toy hunting skills. Sal's way of communicating is all his own—he thrives when people pay attention to his body language and energy. Patience is key. With someone who gets the nuances of cat life and respects his boundaries, Sal melts into a gentle, charming companion. He does best in a calm, predictable home with adults or experienced, cat-savvy folks. Other cats are fine by him, but dogs aren’t his thing. If you appreciate a cat who’s as complex as he is lovable, Sal could be your next muse. Start your journey together! Apply now.
