This resilient boy was found on the streets of Garden Grove by a kind-hearted person who noticed he wasn't doing well. Since then, Slurpee has received the medical care he needed and is finally on the road to recovery-but he's still missing one thing: a loving home. Living in a shelter has been tough for Slurpee. He's FIV+, which doesn't stop him from living a full and happy life, but it does mean he'd thrive best in a calm, indoor environment. He can be shy when you first meet him, but with a little love, patience, gentle pets and a few Temptation treats, he starts warming up and shows you the sweet, gentle soul that he is. Slurpee lives for brushing sessions and would absolutely love a sunny windowsill to stretch out on and watch the world go by. He's ready for a loving home with lots of pets and the simple joy of being someone's beloved companion.
