Hi I'm Beluga and I really love getting attention! I've overheard people saying that I'm a very good boy! I'm a little scruffy right now because I'm recovering from being abandoned outdoors but luckily some nice people were feeding me and knew I needed medical attention and got me help. I'm a little drooly right now because I need a dental which I'm getting soon, but I love my wet food and am a good eater though I need some teeth pulled! I'm not really happy about being in a cage and am a little confused why I'm in one. Can you help me? I'd really love to get out of here and be in a home where I can relax in sunny patches on the floor, look at the window and snuggle with you! But please don't ever let me outside ever again - I much prefer being clean and safe indoors. Can you foster me, or maybe even "foster to adopt?" Please ask to meet me!
