Mi name is Biff or BifferBoff, which is what my foster Mom calls me. I was born in March 2024 and my foster home is close to Petsmart in North Wales. I have a bit of a sad story that has made me very shy. But I am on the mend now and I’m learning that humans with nice pets and crunchy treats can be trusted. I would really love to be adopted with my brother Marty as he understands my shy side.
