Jackie is one of 5 of the Jackson Five that were living in the woods near the rescue. They were so hungry and barely surviving. We were able to save them with food and a gentle hand to get them to safety. Jackie is a gentle boy now taking food from our hands but will not let us touch him. We work daily to continue to gain his trust. He is missing a back paw but does not seem to be in pain. He is not ready for adoption but he would love to meet you and take a treat from you.
