About Clover
Clover is a 4-year-old Mountain Cur mix who thinks of himself as a giant lap dog. He's a solid, 80-pound goofball who always wants to be close, whether that's wedged beside you on the couch or following you from room to room. Clover thrives on routine—he knows when it's time for walks or dinner, and will peacefully wait by his bowl as a gentle reminder. He’s lived happily with a newborn and two young female dogs, and takes his 'nanny' duties seriously, always checking on the baby and adapting as life shifts around him. Clover loves car rides (especially for snacks), and has learned to love new experiences. He passed his cat test without issue—the hissing cat sent him retreating, totally uninterested in pursuing trouble. He welcomes teenage visitors, is quick to settle in, and shifts easily between being a hiking partner and an expert couch potato. After a year being spoiled in his foster home, this affectionate, adaptable, and truly lovable dog is ready for his own family. Your new best friend is just one click away.
