BLOSSOM is a tripod (front leg amputee) and has served in our Beautiful Dogs program for several years. She was found along a country road dragging a mangled front leg which ultimately had to be amputated. We rescued her from the shelter and began working with her to figure out how to balance and live on 3 legs. Her rehab included work at UT veterinary center where she was fitted with her own wheel cart. Even with her disability, she exudes love and enjoys sitting with her human buddies here and just hanging out. Her favorite past-time is to lie and roll around in the grass and be brushed.
