He’s neutered, vaccinated, and up-to-date on his health needs. Though it takes him a moment to warm up to new friends (he just likes to feel safe, you know?), once he commits to you, you won't find a more loyal companion. Playtime is an absolute must, snack time is sacred, and that water fountain? His love language! Thunder can hitch a ride up north with the rescue's transport service every two weeks for approved adopters!
