About Seeley
Click apply to start the adoption process. Seeley is a striking, large black Manx/Cymric mix with luxurious long hair and a truly unique look. After his owner went into a nursing home, Seeley and his feline companion found themselves in need of a new family. His exact birthdate is a bit of a mystery—his paperwork suggests he was born either in May 2019 or around February 2017, with a veterinarian estimating him closer to the latter based on his excellent dental health. This charming boy absolutely enjoys being brushed and has a playful love for catnip. He is especially fond of human toes and, if given the chance, will gently nibble them. Due to his long coat, Seeley benefits from regular grooming, including the occasional sanitary trim to keep him comfortable. With two people, this grooming is simple to manage at home. Seeley was born with a congenital defect that has required a couple of surgeries; he's made great progress and now just needs Miralax twice daily to keep his digestive system working smoothly—a regimen that allows him to use his litter box perfectly. He came from a household with several cats and has shown he can be cat selective, bonding well with some feline friends and less so with others. Seeley is up to date on vaccinations, tests negative for FIV and FeLV, is microchipped, neutered, and fully treated for parasites. If you are seeking a sweet, special gentleman with unique needs and a wonderful personality, Seeley would love to be your new friend. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
