After a severe spinal injury, she was found wandering outside in a desperate state, with injuries that left her unable to use the litter box on her own and with no control over her tail. Despite these challenges, she captured the hearts of her rescuers, who knew she deserved a special place to heal and thrive. Now Pepita enjoys a comfortable life in a cozy cat suite, cuddling with kitty friends, snoozing in volunteers’ laps, and indulging in sunny solarium naps. Her ongoing medical needs are met with care by experienced staff, ensuring she’s safe and content. Even after everything she’s been through, Pepita is grateful and joyfully soaks up every moment of love. She dreams of a forever family to call her own—a gentle soul ready for the next chapter.
