Dudly
AvailableDudly is a brown tabby Domestic Short Hair with a short coat, currently residing in Reeseville, WI. He's an adult neutered male who is house trained and vaccinated, and he does have special needs due to his FIV-positive status. Dudly is looking for a calm home where he can relax and feel safe.
About Dudly
Dudly, sometimes called Tabby Boy, arrived in rough shape after surviving on the streets. He came in underweight, dirty, and fighting illness, but steady vet care—and a little patience—changed the story. Neutered and treated for severe diarrhea and a respiratory infection, Dudly started off scared and seemingly feral. Over time, he revealed a softer side, greeting his caregivers with cautious head bumps and letting them know just how much he enjoys attention. He’s bulked up, cleaned himself up, and built trust with people who go slow and respect his space. Dudly is vocal about his needs, especially his love of wet food, warm beds, and cozy hideouts. He’s FIV-positive, which may mean occasional runny eyes or sneezing, but many FIV cats live long lives, even with non-FIV cats if there’s no fighting. He's vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, and ready to settle in a quiet, calm home. Dudly hasn’t been tested with other animals, so take introductions slowly if you have pets. His ideal home will have patience and some creature comforts—especially a heated bed and plenty of wet food—as he adjusts to living inside again. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
