About Reggie
Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today. Meet Reggie! This loving dog has faced many challenges but is ready for a brighter future. He was found in a heartbreaking state, very thin with substantial hair loss, but thanks to dedicated care he’s now gained weight and is thriving. While his hair hasn’t come back on his back end due to permanent skin damage, Reggie doesn’t let that slow him down—he wears cozy sweaters in winter and uses sunblock in summer to protect his sensitive skin. Reggie loves walks, hiking, and occasional trips to the dog park when it’s quiet. He enjoys the company of the household dogs and, once comfortable, can even share a bed with them. He is still fed separately as he can be food aggressive, but this is easily managed with routine. As a “rufferee,” he likes to keep playtime harmonious! Reggie is tolerant of cats and is content as long as he has love, attention, and maybe one other dog companion. His vaccinations and heartworm tests are current, and he is a medium-energy guy who prefers company over solitude. Click apply to start the adoption process.
