Sparkie is a bubbly and happy little guy and he's the perfect size to jump up in your lap for a cuddle! He just loves playing with squeaky toys too! He gets super excited when he gets to meet new people and then settles right down, and since he has a natural born bob-tail, so he does an adorable butt-wiggle instead of a tail wag!
