About Willie
Willie started life in a tough spot, rescued with his brother from a rural shelter just in time. Adjusting in a foster home, he’s shed much of his old fear and is now a six-month-old pup building confidence. Willie does best with another dog around and absolutely needs a dog buddy in his future home to keep thriving. He’s great with cats and kids, though he’s still working out some nerves around new friends and noise. Fully vetted, neutered, and almost entirely house and crate trained, Willie is well on his way. He’s working on his leash skills—a bit wobbly, but improving every day. Expect him to be about 40 pounds when fully grown, with a short reddish-orange coat. Willie’s eager to find a patient, loving family that will keep showing him the good life. They won’t regret it. Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today.
