About Shishi
Start your journey together! Apply now. Shishi is a handsome orange tabby boy with striking green eyes, known for his sweet and gentle presence. Although he takes some time to feel truly safe, once comfortable, he becomes quite affectionate and seeks out pets, especially during mealtime or anytime his foster mom is in the bathroom. Shishi is deeply bonded with his sister Mousie, and these two have grown up side by side since being rescued with their siblings and semi-feral mama on Mother’s Day two years ago. Shishi and Mousie took a bit of time to warm up to humans, but now both truly enjoy attention and gentle affection. Their mother, now a devoted lap cat, gives everyone hope that with patience, these siblings will blossom into wonderful cuddle companions, too. While they have always lived with other cats and dogs, it is recommended that they go to a home where they can be the only pets, allowing them the space to build trust and settle in as the center of attention. An adopter who is home often and eager to offer them a dedicated, loving environment will be perfect for helping them flourish. With his short orange coat and a curious, sometimes chatty personality (hence his nickname, Squawk), Shishi is both cautious and playful—a loving soul ready to shine in his forever home. Born on April 10th, Shishi's sun sign is Aries, making him naturally spirited and full of heart. If you're looking for a bonded pair who will reward your patience with companionship, these siblings are waiting to meet you. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
