About Luca
Luca is a gentle, loving orange and white Domestic Short Hair who came back to rescue with his brother Jasper after their person could no longer care for them. At 5 years old, Luca can be shy when first meeting new people, but once he warms up, he’s pure affection—he’ll curl up on your lap, snuggle beside you for TV or reading time, and softly tap your arm if you're not giving him enough attention. Nights with Luca usually involve him sprawling out on your chest, purring loudly, and enjoying belly rubs. He loves being brushed and will come running for grooming sessions. Toys like springs and lasers bring out his playful side—he’ll dart up the cat tree and cruise the hallways when he’s feeling energetic. Luca’s favorite thing, though, is spending time with Jasper. Sometimes he'll pace around, squeaking, until he finds his brother. If you’re seeking a pair, these boys already know how to co-exist peacefully with each other and with other cats. All adoptions require an application, and meetings are by appointment at Petsmart in Long Beach. Adoption includes neuter, vaccines, de-worming, flea treatment, FIV/FELV test, and microchip. Ready for a home, this pair would love to find their next family in Los Alamitos, CA. Click apply to start the adoption process.
