About Luca
Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Luca is a wonderful, affectionate five-year-old who has returned to the rescue, along with his devoted brother Jasper, due to their previous owner's health issues. Both boys have always been deeply loved and are looking for a new forever home where they can shower their humans with snuggles and playfulness. Luca is truly the ultimate lovebug—initially a bit shy, he quickly opens up to anyone who takes the time to earn his trust. Once comfortable, he will curl up on your lap, ask for pets with sweet taps, and even lay on your chest at bedtime, purring and enjoying belly rubs. This agile boy adores chasing springs and laser toys, zooming up the cat tree, and being close to both his brother and his people, even seeking out Jasper for playtime adventures with the cutest little squeaks. Jasper, lovingly known as Lil' Squeaks, has some special medical needs—he manages cystitis with daily medication and a CD prescription diet, which he shares with Luca. Jasper fills each day with endless personality; he's chatty, always eager to interact, and finds pure bliss when his brother Luca grooms him. Whether it's playing with a wand toy, napping on your pillow, or reaching out for head scratches, Jasper is sure to charm anyone he meets. Both boys have received full veterinary care, including being neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed, treated for fleas, microchipped, and tested for FIV/FELV. Their adoption comes with starter coupons from Petsmart. Meet and greets, as well as adoptions, are held by appointment at the Long Beach Petsmart adoption center following a completed application. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
