After being found wandering alone and undernourishedācovered in scratches, cuts, and puncturesāBruce never lost his affectionate nature. Bruce genuinely gets along with other dogs whether heās on or off the leash. Despite everything, heās incredibly loving and open-hearted. Heās up to date on vaccinations and recovering from old wounds, but he does have heartworms and is receiving treatment with the slow kill method. His medical expenses for the heartworm treatment are fully covered by the rescue until heās cleared, even after adoption, so that shouldnāt stop anyone who can provide a steady, caring home.
