Pecosita
AvailableFreckles is a domestic short hair adult female cat with a medium build and a freckled ginger coat. She is spayed, vaccinated, and fully house trained. Freckles has a distinctive club-footed front paw, but it doesn't slow her down. With her affectionate nature and special needs, she's looking for her new home in Sterling, VA.
About Pecosita
Freckles picked up her name from Pecosita, the affectionate nickname for freckled girls in Spanish, and it suits her perfectly: she's a ginger sweetheart with an unmistakable charm. One of her front paws is unique, twisted back similarly to a club foot, but it doesn't hold her back—Freckles dashes across the floor with that paw flat against the ground, never missing a beat. Her athleticism is something to see; she launches herself toward her favorite wand toy and claims the highest perch on the cat tree with ease. Freckles responds to attention with a cheery little chirp and races over for what she hopes will be plenty of pets. She's unmistakably gentle and tender, always ready for a bit more affection. She does need to be the only cat in your home, as she’s quite fearful around other animals. If you want a loving companion who tackles life on her own terms, Freckles will make every day more interesting. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
