About Skeel
Lets make it official, apply to adopt! Skeel traveled all the way from Puerto Rico to The Hermitage Cat Shelter in March 2024, showing incredible resilience along the way. When he arrived, this small black and white Domestic Short Hair faced some challenges—he is FIV positive, had allergies, and also needed surgery for an eye condition. Thanks to dedicated care, Skeel is now thriving on a special allergy diet and has made a strong recovery from his eyelid surgery. Skeel is ready for a loving forever home with someone who can continue to provide the gentle attention and dietary care he needs. The shelter staff are happy to discuss how his FIV status and allergies may affect his daily routine and can answer any questions to ensure he remains happy and healthy in your care. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
