About Silas
Silas has striking markings and an easy charm. Once a stray, he came in scrappy but quickly revealed himself to be one of the most affectionate cats around. Heās playful, especially with his buddy George, and looks for any chance to snuggle or join in on a nap. Silas doesnāt mind being held, takes brushing in stride, and seems genuinely happy to get kisses. Heāll launch himself up to shoulder height just to greet you, his face right up close, purring and āchattingā away. This is a cat who thrives on attention and canāt get enough love. Silas is technically āspecial needsā because he has one odd habit: he likes to nibble on his foster momās chin a little too enthusiastically. Sheās working on training him out of it, and heās improving, but an adopter should know he might express affection with an unexpected chomp. Silas gets along well with other cats and dogs. If youāre someone who can redirect a bit of overzealous love, he may be the perfect fit. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
